Our Behavioral Health Technicians play a crucial role in direct client care, interacting with and supervising clients throughout their treatment journey. We offer outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) tailored to meet each client's unique needs, creating comprehensive and individualized treatment plans through collaborative efforts.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Behavioral health or general healthcare experience preferred.
  • Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Candidates selected for hire must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state-mandated clearances. Employment is contingent upon meeting all screening requirements in accordance with federal, state, and accrediting-body regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Complete the intake process for new clients entering the program.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation.
  • Observe and document client self-administration of medication, as applicable.
  • Coordinate client activities.
  • Follow the objectives of treatment plans to address client-specific needs.
  • Evaluate clients' behavioral and emotional needs, providing appropriate responses, including crisis intervention.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly physical environment.
  • Assist with clients' dietary needs.
  • Complete all required training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
