This specific role is for a Lead Behavioral Health Technician (Supervisor) at their Detox and Residential treatment facility in Dublin, NH. Avenues at Dublin is a residential facility situated on 11 expansive acres of scenic New Hampshire countryside, providing a rustic and relaxed environment for clients to focus on recovery. The facility is staffed by passionate and skilled clinicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, addictions counselors, and behavioral health technicians, all dedicated to delivering dignified and compassionate care and fostering a joyous, calm, and unconditionally accepting atmosphere.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures
