About The Position

Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-to-one behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–24 in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania. The role supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges and promotes age-appropriate independence and stability.

Guided by a Behavioral Consultant, the technician follows personalized treatment plans involving behavioral interventions, skill reinforcement, and family education. The position includes working directly with clients and caregivers, reducing dependence on services, and providing culturally competent, recovery-oriented care. Daily travel and documentation of client progress are required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to obtain Pennsylvania Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid training, or willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one behavioral health services to youth ages 2–24 across home, school, and community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant.
• Promote age-appropriate functioning and skill development.
• Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on services.
• Provide parent training and caregiver support.
• Offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.
• Travel daily and document client progress.
