About The Position

SeaView Community Services is looking for a compassionate, reliable Behavioral Health Tech to join their Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. In this role, you will work directly with individuals facing mental health challenges, supporting their recovery, building independence, and creating brighter futures within the community. SeaView is a locally rooted, mission-driven organization committed to supporting wellness and independence for everyone in the community, and as a team member, you will be surrounded by people who care about clients, coworkers, and the greater Seward area.

Requirements

  • A genuine desire to help others thrive in our community
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Dependability, compassion, and emotional resilience

Responsibilities

  • Offer respectful, non-judgmental support to people experiencing mental health and substance use challenges
  • Support clients in building daily living skills and creating individualized goals
  • Help promote healthy routines
  • Encourage participation in community activities and social connections
  • Partner with clinical team members to coordinate care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
