About The Position
Clinical Therapists provide community-based clinical care through Unison Health’s FACT Program, supporting individuals with severe and persistent behavioral health conditions (SPMI). This role involves delivering individual, group, and family therapy, conducting diagnostic assessments under supervision, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote client stability, independence, and access to essential services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work OR Master’s degree in Counseling
- Current Ohio licensure: LSW or LPC
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with SPMI clients
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours
Nice To Haves
- Master’s preferred (for Social Work)
- LISW/LPCC preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI).
- Conduct diagnostic assessments under the supervision of a licensed clinician.
- Deliver community-based clinical services focused on client stability and independence.
- Coordinate care through advocacy and linkage to appropriate resources and support services.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, client-centered care.
Benefits

- LISW/LPCC: $65,000 – $75,000 annually
