About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency operating throughout Arizona, providing residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services. They assist individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. CBI is recognized as a premiere non-profit provider of substance use and behavioral health programs, utilizing cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models for prevention, education, and treatment. The F/ACT Specialist role is a senior position within the F/ACT team, requiring extensive F/ACT and/or rehabilitative experience.

Requirements

Highschool diploma or GED required
1 year of experience working with the SMI population required
Ability to pass criminal background check for jail visitation/clearance
Current AZ Driver’s License
Clean 39-month MVR
Fingerprint Clearance Card required
Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)
Trained to complete the Vulnerability Index Service Prioritization Decision Assistance Tool (VI-SPDAT)

Nice To Haves

Associates Degree in a field related to behavioral health preferred
1 year of experience working on an F/ACT team preferred
Additional experience in multiple settings and levels of care, including both mental health and substance abuse preferred
Recovery from Alcohol or Drugs and/or GMH for equal to or greater than 1 consecutive year preferred
Peer Certification (if applicable)
