About The Position

The Marketing Specialist will act as a dedicated Brand Guardian, ensuring all visual and written communications across the organization are polished, professional, and aligned with established brand guidelines. This role is not focused on reinventing the brand, but on proactively identifying opportunities to improve the speed, volume, and quality of brand execution. You will bridge the gap between creative design and marketing operations, supporting a wide range of outputs from internal policy templates to basic website content updates.

Requirements

  • Strong marketing experience with a deep understanding of professional brand environments and corporate standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with print production standards.
  • Experience in photo editing and video editing.
  • A proactive self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple outputs efficiently under strict guidelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic experience with website content management platforms for non-technical updates (desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Apply and deliver high-quality branded content across all areas of the business, including: Marketing materials (LinkedIn, website, presentations, campaigns) Internal documents (policies, COSHH sheets, templates) Email signatures and internal communications Product labelling and packaging Uniforms and physical brand assets
  • Act as a guardian of the brand, ensuring all outputs are consistent, accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Take ownership of maintaining and enforcing brand standards across all departments, not just marketing.
  • Perform basic, non-technical content updates, such as uploading team images, updating website banners, and ensuring web content remains current.
  • Review and quality-check materials before release to ensure full brand compliance.
  • Confidently challenge off-brand work and guide stakeholders back to the correct standards.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to enhance and elevate the brand, without deviating from its core identity.
  • Build a strong understanding of the company, its values, and leadership expectations to ensure all outputs reflect the desired image.
