About The Position
This position assists with assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of selected technical aspects of patient care under the direct supervision of the Charge RN, Assistant Head Nurse, Nurse Manager, and/or Director. The role supports compliance with applicable regulatory and accrediting requirements and the goals and mission of the department. It provides direct and indirect care to adolescent through geriatric patients as directed, and offers activity opportunities suited to patients’ ages and abilities and related to their care plans, individually or in groups.
Requirements
- One year of experience working with persons with mental health symptoms or related applicable experience, or a degree in a social-services-related field, or Certified Peer Support Specialist certification in Minnesota or Wisconsin.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month of hire, except for department 2010-2194290 AMBERWING - AMB.
