Requirements

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field
• Four years' experience
• Frequent reaching, sitting, standing and walking.
• Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more).
• Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
• Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
• Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
• Occasional bending, stooping, climbing, twisting and gripping.
• Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
• Occasional use of vision to identify and distinguish colors.
• Occasional driving.
• Rare repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervisory, operational and clinical oversight to a team of behavioral health therapists.
• Responsible for group and individual training for new hire onboarding, professional development, and other skills.
• Reviews recorded calls and patient charts to ensure clinical quality and documentation.
• Follows-up on opportunities for improvement.
• Partners with leadership and team members to identify areas of improvement, develop change plans and implement plans.
• Maintains and updates workflows and training materials.
• Provides input for hiring, training, leading, and evaluating staff.
• Assumes manager tasks in the absence of the manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
