About The Position

CLFC Healthcare and Communications is hiring a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse for an on-site assignment at Wayne County's outpatient mental and behavioral health clinic in Lyons, New York. This is a steady Monday-through-Friday clinic role working alongside psychiatric prescribers, therapists, and care managers. The schedule is five 7.5-hour days, totaling 37.5 hours per week. Some days may extend past 5:00 PM when the clinic is open late, no more than twice a week. There are no overnight, weekend, or holiday shifts. The nurse will administer and document psychiatric medications, including long-acting injectables; support medication management; monitor vital signs, metabolic screening, and side effects; educate patients and families; coordinate with the care team; and document care in the clinic's electronic health record. The position pays $52.00 to $58.00 per hour, based on experience, with weekly pay and pre-authorized overtime paid at time and a half. Orientation is paid at the employee's rate. The role is W-2 hourly and per diem contract, staffed as one steady assignment at one clinic. CLFC reimburses New York license and CPR renewals, supports continuing education and certifications, and offers up to $1,500 per year in tuition assistance toward a BSN. A $500 referral bonus is available for bringing a nurse or aide onto the roster. Paid sick leave accrues under New York law, and CLFC provides professional liability insurance on every shift. Fingerprinting, immunizations, screening, and license verification are arranged and paid by CLFC. Scheduling is managed through the BRIDGE App, and a Program Manager is available for scheduling and pay questions.
