CLFC arranges and pays for fingerprinting, immunizations, screening, and license verification. New York license and CPR renewals are reimbursed; continuing education and certifications are supported; and up to $1,500 per year in tuition assistance is available toward a BSN. A $500 referral bonus is offered for referring a nurse or aide onto the roster. Paid sick leave accrues under New York law, and CLFC professional liability insurance covers every shift. Program terms are provided in writing before acceptance. Scheduling is managed through the BRIDGE App, where the nurse’s confirmed schedule and proposed added or changed hours are provided. The app also stores license and certification information and provides expiration reminders. A Program Manager is available for scheduling and pay questions.
