About The Position

CLFC Healthcare and Communications is recruiting a New York Registered Nurse for a steady weekday assignment at Wayne County’s outpatient mental and behavioral health clinic in Lyons, New York. The nurse works on-site alongside psychiatric prescribers, therapists, and care managers, providing medication administration and management, monitoring, patient education, and coordinated clinical support for returning patients. This is a W-2 hourly, per-diem contract assignment scheduled for Monday through Friday, five 7.5-hour days (37.5 hours per week) at one clinic. The clinic may operate past 5:00 PM on no more than two days per week. There are no overnight, weekend, or holiday shifts. Pay is $52.00–$58.00 per hour, paid weekly; pre-authorized overtime is paid at time and a half. Orientation is paid at the nurse’s rate. If the clinic cancels a confirmed shift two hours or less before it begins, four hours are paid. CLFC reimburses New York RN license renewal and CPR renewal, supports continuing education and certifications, and offers up to $1,500 per year in tuition assistance toward a BSN. A $500 referral bonus is offered for bringing a nurse or aide onto the roster. Fingerprinting, immunizations, screening, and license verification are arranged and paid by CLFC. Paid sick leave accrues under New York law, and CLFC professional liability insurance covers each shift. Scheduling and shift changes are managed through the BRIDGE App, and a Program Manager is available for scheduling and pay questions.
