CLFC Healthcare and Communications is hiring a New York-licensed Registered Nurse for a steady Monday-through-Friday assignment at Wayne County’s outpatient mental and behavioral health clinic in Lyons, New York. The on-site role is a W-2 hourly per diem contract, with five 7.5-hour days totaling 37.5 hours per week. Some days may extend past 5:00 PM when the clinic is open late, no more than twice per week. There are no overnights, weekends, or holidays. The nurse will administer and document oral and injectable psychiatric medications, including long-acting injectables; support medication management; monitor vital signs, metabolic screening, and side effects; educate patients and families; and collaborate with psychiatric prescribers, therapists, and care managers. The clinic provides continuity with the same team and patients. Pay is $52.00–$58.00 per hour, based on experience and skills, with weekly pay. Pre-authorized overtime is paid at time and a half. If the clinic cancels a confirmed day two hours or less before it starts, four hours are paid. Orientation is paid at the nurse’s rate. CLFC arranges and pays for fingerprinting, immunizations, screening, and license verification. Paid sick leave accrues under New York law, and CLFC provides professional liability insurance for every shift. Professional development support includes reimbursement for New York license and CPR renewals, support for continuing education and certifications, and up to $1,500 per year in tuition assistance toward a BSN. A $500 referral bonus is available for referring a nurse or aide to the roster. Program terms are provided in writing before acceptance. Scheduling is managed through the BRIDGE App, which also stores license and certification information and sends expiration reminders. A Program Manager is available to assist with scheduling and pay questions. CLF Consultants LLC, doing business as CLFC Healthcare and Communications, is a federal and state contractor providing healthcare staffing and language access services to federal, state, and local agencies. The company reports a network of more than 500 healthcare professionals and more than 200 interpreters, and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
