A $500 referral bonus is offered for bringing a nurse or aide onto the roster. Program terms are provided in writing before acceptance. Scheduling is managed through the BRIDGE App, which confirms schedules, sends added or changed hours for acceptance, stores license and certification records, and provides expiry reminders.
