About The Position

CLFC Healthcare and Communications is hiring a New York-licensed Registered Nurse for a steady weekday assignment at Wayne County’s outpatient mental and behavioral health clinic in Lyons, New York. The nurse works on-site alongside psychiatric prescribers, therapists, and care managers, providing medication management, long-acting injectable administration, health and side-effect monitoring, and patient education. The assignment is Monday through Friday, with five 7.5-hour days for 37.5 hours per week. Some days may run past 5:00 PM when the clinic is open late, no more than twice per week. There are no overnight, weekend, or holiday shifts. The W-2 hourly rate is $52.00 to $58.00, with experience affecting placement in the range. Pre-authorized overtime is paid at time and a half. The role is paid weekly, and orientation hours are paid at the nurse’s rate. A clinic cancellation confirmed two hours or less before a shift begins is paid for four hours. CLFC arranges and pays for fingerprinting, immunizations, screening, and license verification. Paid sick leave accrues under New York law, and professional liability insurance covers every shift. CLFC also offers reimbursement for New York license renewal and CPR renewal, support for continuing education and certifications, tuition assistance of up to $1,500 per year toward a BSN, and a $500 referral bonus for bringing a nurse or aide onto the roster. Training and development are provided through CLFC University, with program terms provided in writing before acceptance. Scheduling is managed through the BRIDGE App, where the nurse can review confirmed shifts and accept proposed schedule changes. A Program Manager is available to address scheduling and pay questions.
