Marin Community Clinic is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) to join their team. Marin Community Clinics, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1972, provides integrated primary care, dental, behavioral, specialty, and referral services to nearly 40,000 individuals annually in Marin County. The clinic focuses on health equity for vulnerable patients through family-centered, trauma-informed care and case management. The Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor serves in a clinical leadership and training capacity, co-leading the ASW training program in Integrated Behavioral Health. This role involves providing clinical supervision to junior staff, including ASWs pursuing licensure, and co-teaching didactic seminars. The position also includes direct patient care, assessment, and treatment for patients with behavioral health needs across the lifespan. The supervisor acts as an expert, providing consultation and training to the healthcare team. This role is part of a dynamic team, collaborating with medical providers, nurses, and other staff. The supervisor is supported by the behavioral health department through regular meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision. A signing bonus of up to $20,000 is potentially available, with specific program terms and conditions applying.
