Oversee the clinical management and functions of the clinic’s behavioral health providers, consistent with corporate administrative and clinical policies and procedures. This role involves ensuring adequate staffing, fostering positive staff relations, developing annual goals, onboarding new providers, resolving staff disagreements, conducting performance reviews, interpreting policies, participating in hiring interviews, addressing quality improvement and patient satisfaction issues, and meeting with the leadership team to discuss operational standards and patient care. The position also requires providing direct patient care for at least 0.8 FTE.
