This role involves ensuring adequate staffing, fostering positive provider relations, developing annual goals, onboarding new providers, resolving staff disagreements, conducting performance reviews, interpreting policies, participating in hiring interviews, and addressing quality improvement, patient flow, patient satisfaction, and productivity issues. The position also requires providing direct patient care and complying with departmental and health center policies.
