About The Position

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions provides individualized care to children, adolescents, adults, older adults, people with developmental disabilities, and people experiencing extreme trauma. Clients are supported by a team of mental health counselors, social workers, certified nurse practitioners, case managers, and psychiatrists. The Behavioral Health Case Manager-TBS Specialist provides Therapeutic Behavioral Services and coordinates individualized supports and care to help meet clients’ needs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, a high school diploma, or three or more years of relevant field experience.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services in consultation with a licensed clinician to assist with an individual's needs.
• Plan individualized supports and coordinate healthcare, behavioral health, and non-healthcare services, including developing treatment plans.
• Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily living skills, and crisis prevention services.
• Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
• Promote positive and cooperative relationships with outside contacts.
