About The Position

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions provides individualized care to children, adolescents, adults, older adults, people with developmental disabilities, and people who have experienced extreme trauma. Clients are supported by a team that includes mental health counselors, social workers, certified nurse practitioners, case managers, and psychiatrists.

The Behavioral Health Case Manager-TBS Specialist provides Therapeutic Behavioral Services in consultation with a licensed clinician. The role supports individualized service planning and care coordination, provides linkage and interventions, helps clients restore daily living skills, and offers crisis prevention services to individuals or groups. The position also promotes positive, cooperative relationships with outside contacts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, a high school diploma, or three or more years of relevant field experience.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients in consultation with a licensed clinician to address individual needs.
• Provide service planning for individualized supports and coordinate healthcare, behavioral health, and non-healthcare services; contribute to development of a treatment plan.
• Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills, and crisis prevention services.
• Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.
