About The Position

Adventure ABA, LLC in Phoenix is hiring full-time Behavior Therapists / Autism Support Specialists who are ready to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fun and collaborative environment. Every day is different, and every moment matters. This role offers supported Registered Behavior Technician training and one-on-one mentorship for individuals with a passion for helping children with autism thrive. The company is locally owned and operated by a BCBA team, believing that therapy should feel like an adventure for both clients and the team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Willingness to drive up to 35 miles between sessions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and engage in floor-based play
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Support children in reaching developmental goals through play-based learning
• Implement behavior plans with creativity and empathy
• Maintain accurate session notes and communicate progress
