Requirements

  • Full-Time Availability Monday through Friday 7:45am to 4:30pm
  • Passion for working with children with special needs and making a difference in their lives
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and sit on the floor for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to move quickly in response to patient needs

Nice To Haves

  • Associates, Bachelors or Masters degree in any field for entry level BT roles

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of a BCBA
  • Accurately track and document patient behaviors and progress using an iPad
  • Foster strong, positive connections with patients and their families to support meaningful outcomes
  • Partner closely with the BCBA and team to evaluate progress and help adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
  • Actively contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and team-oriented clinic environment
