Cortica is seeking dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model and combines neuroscience and developmental approaches to help children build skills and positive relationships that generalize across home, school, and community settings. Behavior Technicians provide one-to-one and group behavior-analytic services, implement strategies developed with a BCBA, collect session data, and work closely with families and supervisors. The position requires reliable transportation and regular travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius. Cortica provides a two-week, in-person orientation with hands-on training, ongoing professional development, and coaching from clinical leaders.
