Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking compassionate, motivated Behavioral Interventionists to provide one-on-one, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Behavior Technicians implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA, helping children build communication, social, behavioral, play, self-help, and daily living skills and greater independence. They use positive, evidence-based strategies to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. Sessions typically last 2–5 hours and serve children primarily ages 3–17. The role involves collecting session data, completing clinical documentation, collaborating with supervising clinicians, communicating professionally with families and caregivers, and attending ongoing training and team meetings. Afternoon and evening schedules are available. Asteri offers mentorship, clinical support, professional development, and career growth opportunities.
