About The Position

ACES is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in center-based or home-based settings. The role focuses on helping children develop communication, social, and problem-solving skills through evidence-based techniques and the company’s training program. Team members track client progress using a company-issued iPad and data systems and collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child’s development. The position is part-time, starting at approximately 15 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours based on availability and business needs. Candidates who already hold an active or inactive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification may qualify for a $1,000 sign-on bonus by attending a two-week training program. Applicants new to the field may qualify for a $500 sign-on bonus by committing to a four-week training program. Both programs run Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. ACES also offers paid RBT certification and training, career advancement and mentorship opportunities, and a $1 per hour increase after the first year for employees in good standing. Clinical work is paid at the stated hourly wage range, while non-clinical work such as training, travel time, and meetings is paid at $12.00 per hour.
