Cortica is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to deliver care to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model to help children build on their abilities and develop skills and relationships that generalize across home, school, and community settings. The approach combines neuroscience and developmental models. Behavior Technicians provide individual and group behavior-analytic services, implement strategies developed with a BCBA, collect and document session data, and work with families and supervisors to support treatment goals. The position requires travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation, as well as completion of a post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review. Cortica provides a three-week, in-person orientation with hands-on training, ongoing professional development, and coaching from Lead Behavior Technicians, ABA Assistant Supervisors, and ABA Supervisors. Career growth opportunities include advancement to a BCBA role, the Behavior Technician Clinical Ladder, or corporate support roles.
