Behavior Technician – ABA / Autism
About The Position
Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians for a client with over 18 years of experience providing ABA services to children with Autism and developmental disabilities. The position provides one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents in Van Nuys, California. No prior ABA experience is required, and paid training is provided. Work is in person in clients’ homes, with a flexible part-time schedule that may include afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Pay is $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and certification.
Requirements
- Passion for working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and reliability.
- Ability to travel to clients’ homes.
- Availability during afternoons, evenings, or weekends.
- No ABA experience is required; training is provided.
Nice To Haves
- RBT certification.
- Experience in childcare, education, or behavioral health.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
- Help develop clients’ communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Collect behavioral data and document client progress.
- Collaborate with families and supervisors to support treatment goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
