Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – ABA / Autism
About The Position
Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians for a client with over 18 years of experience providing ABA services to children with Autism and developmental disabilities. This opportunity is for certified RBTs with at least one year of experience who are passionate about helping children develop essential skills. The position provides one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents in El Monte, California. Work is in person and in clients’ homes, with a flexible part-time schedule that may include afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Pay is $26.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- At least one year of experience providing ABA therapy or working as a Behavior Technician.
- Experience working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention techniques.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and reliability.
- Ability to travel to clients’ homes.
- Availability during afternoons, evenings, or weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
- Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
- Collect behavioral data and accurately document client progress.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and families to support treatment goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
