Provide individualized in-home ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on implementing treatment plans, teaching skills, reducing challenging behaviors, tracking data, and collaborating with families and team members to support progress and positive outcomes. Requirements
- Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently in the home setting.
Responsibilities
