About The Position

Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians for a client with more than 18 years of experience providing ABA services to children with Autism and developmental disabilities. The role provides one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes in El Monte, California. RBTs implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision and help children and adolescents develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. This is an in-person, part-time opportunity paying $26.00 per hour, with a flexible schedule that may include afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• At least 1 year of experience providing ABA therapy or working as a Behavior Technician.
• Experience working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention techniques.
• Strong communication, patience, and reliability.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect behavioral data and accurately document client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and families to support treatment goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
