About The Position

Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians for a client with over 18 years of experience providing ABA services to children with Autism and developmental disabilities. No prior ABA experience is required, and paid training is provided. The role provides one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents in Van Nuys, California. It is a part-time, in-person position with a flexible schedule that may include afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Pay is $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and certification.

Requirements

• Passion for working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and reliability.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, or weekends.
• No prior ABA experience is required; training is provided.

Nice To Haves

• RBT certification.
• Experience in childcare, education, or behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Help develop clients’ communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect behavioral data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support treatment goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
