Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children OR 4 years experience in early intervention.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Possess or be willing to obtain a California Driver's License.
  • Be insured on an auto insurance policy.
  • Have a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Work 1:1 with children ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism in their homes.
  • Implement lesson plans and bring them to life during sessions.
  • Track progress, celebrate wins, and document session details.
  • Coach caregivers on applying ABA principles in daily life.
