About The Position

Coyne & Associates has been making a difference in the lives of children for over 20 years. As a Behavior Technician, you will work 1:1 with children ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism in their homes, bringing lesson plans to life. You will track progress, celebrate wins, and capture details that make the session meaningful. Additionally, you will coach caregivers so they can implement ABA strategies into everyday moments. This role offers hands-on, in-person learning and training, with paid training sessions.

Requirements

60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR 60 college units (including 12 units in a related field such as Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children, OR Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children.
Ages 21+
Have or willing to obtain a California Driver's License (or are active military/military dependent).
Must be insured on an auto insurance policy.
Must have a reliable vehicle.
