This role offers hands-on, in-home experience with children aged 1-12 with developmental delays/autism, providing direct therapy, data tracking, and caregiver coaching. You will be paid your full rate during training.

Requirements

60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR 60 college units (including 12 units in a related field such as Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children, OR Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children.
Ages 21+
Have or be willing to obtain a California Driver's License (or be active military/military dependent).
Be insured on an auto insurance policy.
Have a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Play (work) 1:1 with kids ages 1-12 with developmental delays/autism in their homes, bringing lesson plans to life.
Track progress, celebrate wins, and capture details that make the session meaningful.
Coach caregivers to integrate ABA principles into everyday moments.
