About The Position

Connect n Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support children and families in the Charlottesville, VA area. We are looking for individuals with afternoon and early evening availability. This role offers the potential to grow into a full-time daytime schedule as hours become available. We are committed to supporting your personal and professional growth, whether you are new to ABA or have prior experience in related fields.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation and a valid, clear driver's license
Availability for afternoon and/or early evening hours
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Passion for working with children
Ability to complete required certifications and training, including First Aid
Ability to pass required background checks, including FBI and child abuse clearances
Work authorization in the United States

Nice To Haves

Experience working with children, healthcare, education, disability services, or a related field is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents
Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Collect and accurately record client data
Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills
Build positive and meaningful relationships with clients and families
Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team
