Cortica is hiring dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide naturalistic, play-based ABA care to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role includes paid, two-week in-person orientation with hands-on training, BCAT exam review, and exam fees covered. Employees can receive expert coaching and ongoing professional development, and may advance to a BCBA role, progress on the Behavior Technician Clinical Ladder, or move into a corporate support role. The position uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach focused on each child’s abilities and on building skills and relationships that carry across home, school, and community settings. Behavior Technicians work with families and clinicians in a collaborative, transdisciplinary care model. The role requires regular travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation. A post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review are required.
