As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, helping them build skills such as talking, playing, and making choices. You’ll use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills, support each child, and celebrate their progress. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role offers a path toward a nationally recognized RBT certification and a career in behavioral healthcare. The schedule is Monday through Friday between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., for 15–20 hours per week. Weekend shifts are associated with additional pay incentives. Hiring is focused on Long Beach and Downey, with efforts to match employees to clients near home. Mileage reimbursement is offered if the first client is more than 20 miles away.
