Cortica is hiring dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide naturalistic, play-based ABA care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming model focused on each child’s unique abilities and on building positive relationships and skills that carry across home, school, and community settings. Cortica combines neuroscience and developmental models to support children and families. Behavior Technicians provide individual and group behavior-analytic services, implement strategies developed with a BCBA, document session data, and collaborate with families and supervisors. The position involves travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation. New hires receive a three-week, in-person orientation with hands-on training, BCAT exam review, and exam fee coverage, and are expected to obtain the BCAT credential within 90 days of their start date.
