As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, helping them develop skills such as talking, playing, and making choices. You’ll guide and support each child, using play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills and celebrate their progress. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The position offers a path to a nationally recognized RBT Certification, which comes with a pay raise, and a career path in behavioral healthcare. Hiring is focused on Long Beach and Downey, with an aim to match employees with clients near their homes. Mileage reimbursement is offered if the first client is more than 20 miles away. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., for 15–20 hours per week. Weekend shifts and company-observed holidays have additional hourly pay incentives.
