Behavior Technicians deliver one-to-one and group services, implement positive behavior strategies developed with a BCBA, document session data, and collaborate with families and supervisors. The position includes a two-week, in-person paid orientation with hands-on training, BCAT exam review, and coverage of exam fees. New hires are expected to obtain the BCAT credential within 90 days of starting. The role requires travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation. Cortica offers opportunities for additional Saturday hours, professional development, and career advancement, including the Behavior Technician Clinical Ladder, BCBA roles, and corporate support positions.
