About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) to join our fun and growing ABA clinic in Temecula, CA! We are a therapist-led, diverse organization dedicated to empowering children, supporting families, and fostering growth. As a leader in pediatric therapy, we provide a purpose-driven environment where your skills and compassion truly make a difference. We offer free supervisions for all roles and provide supervision hours towards BCaBA/BCBA certifications.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification or completion of the 40-hour RBT course
• Hands-on CPR Certification required
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Reliable transportation required
• MMR, Varicella, and TDap Vaccinations - REQUIRED
• Ability to sit, stand, and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as needed
• Ability to engage in active play and therapeutic activities

Nice To Haves

• Background in mental health, child development, or education preferred
• Passion for working with children and making a meaningful impact

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as written by the BCBA
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy in home, school, or community settings
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behaviors
• Assist with skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies
• Follow ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings
• Maintain current RBT certification and required documentation
