About The Position

Connect n Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support children and families throughout the Charlottesville, VA area. We are currently seeking individuals for afternoon and early evening cases in Charlottesville and surrounding communities. The role offers flexibility in choosing your service community and working with your availability to build a caseload that fits your schedule. There may also be opportunities to grow into a full-time daytime schedule as additional hours become available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and a valid, clear driver's license
• Availability for afternoon and/or early evening hours
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Passion for working with children
• Ability to complete required certifications and training, including First Aid
• Ability to pass required background checks, including FBI and child abuse clearances
• Work authorization in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children, healthcare, education, disability services, or a related field is a plus
• RBT training provided for eligible candidates

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and accurately record client data
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills
• Build positive and meaningful relationships with clients and families
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team
