About The Position
STEPS Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in their homes, schools, or clinics. The technician implements treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collects and documents data on client progress, collaborates with families and team members, and maintains a safe, positive environment during sessions. The role begins with evening shifts; day shifts may become available as the technician builds a caseload. The position is part-time, with full-time opportunities available.
Requirements
- Have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
- Have previous experience with children.
- Be able to pass a background check.
- Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
- Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and document data on client progress.
- Collaborate with families and team members to support client success.
- Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
