We are looking for a Behavior Technician who is patient, positive, and celebrates small wins. While no prior experience is required, we offer paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with mentorship and peer support. We foster a collaborative culture focused on shared success. This role involves working 1:1 with children aged 18 months to 6 years diagnosed with autism in a center-based environment. You will deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), using play and connection to build skills. Responsibilities include tracking progress, documenting sessions with ABA technology, creating a safe and positive environment, and preparing for the RBT certification exam within the first 45 days.
