Behavior Technician (RBT / BT) - Staten Island, NY
About The Position
LBAPS is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide in-home sessions in and around Staten Island, New York. Technicians work one-on-one with children using applied behavior analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a BCBA and record each session. Hours are 13 to 25 per week per family; technicians may work with one family or combine several families for more hours. Sessions are scheduled on weekdays and weekends, after school and in the evenings. The stated pay is $23 to $28 per hour as a W-2 employee. There are six openings. The hiring process includes a five-minute screening followed by a 15-minute Zoom interview.
Requirements
- Be an RBT or a Behavior Technician with experience working with children.
- Be reliable, patient, and punctual.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children using ABA.
- Work under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Record each session.
