About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Behavior Technician to provide multiple break coverage within our ABA center. In this role, you will work with a variety of clients throughout the day, typically providing 30-minute coverage sessions while primary therapists take breaks. This position requires confidence working with different learners, the ability to quickly build rapport, and strong implementation of behavior support strategies. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well with different personalities, and can provide consistent, high-quality support across multiple clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide multiple break coverage within our ABA center.
• Provide 30-minute coverage sessions while primary therapists take breaks.

• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Document each coverage session with a session note.
