About The Position

ABA Squad is a high-quality, ethically driven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinical company providing services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school-readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professional training. The Registered Behavior Technician / Behavior Technician implements clinical programs assigned by a supervising behavior analyst and works in in-home, in-clinic, or school-based settings. This is a part-time position in St. Louis, Missouri, with potential to grow into full-time. Monday–Friday openings include a midday schedule from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (up to 20 hours per week) and an evening schedule from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (up to 25 hours per week). Pay is $20–$30 per hour, based on certification and experience.

Requirements

Current RBT certification in good standing, or willingness to obtain certification; ABA Squad covers certification costs.
Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance.
Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office or clinical equipment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst.
Create program materials as needed.
Collect and graph data for reduction and acquisition behaviors.
Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary.
Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines.
Attend therapist trainings and team meetings.
