Cortica is seeking dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide life-changing care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model and a progressive approach combining neuroscience and developmental models to help children build abilities, relationships, and skills that can carry across home, school, and community settings. Behavior Technicians provide both one-to-one and group behavior-analytic services, implement positive behavior strategies developed with a BCBA, document session data, and collaborate with families and supervisors. The position includes a paid, two-week in-person orientation with hands-on training. It requires travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation, and successful completion of a post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review.
