We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to work with children diagnosed with autism. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 6 years in a center-based environment, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves building skills through play and connection, tracking progress using ABA technology, and creating a safe, positive environment. We provide comprehensive paid training to help you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within your first 45 days, with ongoing support from clinical leadership and mentors.
