About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to work with children diagnosed with autism. This role is more than just a job; it's a calling to make a significant difference in the lives of young children and their families. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 6 years in a center-based environment, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves building skills through play and connection, tracking progress using ABA technology, and creating a safe, positive environment. We provide comprehensive paid training to help you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within your first 45 days, with ongoing support from clinical leadership and mentors. Requirements

  • Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliability—showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks
  • Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days
  • Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment—we'll prepare you
  • Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services—experience with children is a plus

Responsibilities
