About The Position

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is seeking caring and motivated Behavior Technicians to provide quality ABA therapy to children with Autism. The role supports children in building independence, communication skills, and confidence, while offering paid online training, RBT certification support, supervision, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30–6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00–11:00 AM, in La Habra, California.

Requirements

• Have dependable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• ABA experience; it is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills.
• A major in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with Autism.
• Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data and document progress accurately.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and educational staff.
• Create positive and supportive learning experiences.
